How did we get here?
Framed through the principles of collaboration and community, Confluence Consulting emerged as a response to the growing need for effective leadership and systemic change. What’s in a name? Confluence honors flow and place.
🌀 Confluence is an homage to the water ways of all the physical land-places I have called home- Nashville, Olympia, Seward, Anchorage, and now Lewisburg.
🌀 Confluence is an homage to the water ways of the metaphysical space-places I call home- my lineage and ancestors, my people and communities, the seat of my heart and how I translate what I know in my spirit to what I know in my mind.
Over the years, we have evolved, utilizing a blend of strategic solutioning, facilitating memorable experiences, leading system-shifting networks, and project management rooted in lived experience and learned expertise to support a diverse range of clients.
