We’ll begin with nervous system regulation and grounding, asking powerful questions and listening to what comes through, sharing stories, insights, tools and frameworks to shift mindset. Together, we’ll tell the truth about is and what can be done. If desired, we can co-create a 90-day plan for next steps.
