Facilitation: Managing Change
We help make systems change an attainable goal for nonprofits and coalitions through practical tools and innovative approaches. Our consulting centers around embedding equity and inclusion into the way we do business. Sometimes groups get stuck and need an person outside to help manage change- resolving conflict, looking for new paths forward, convening around shared purpose with divergent paths, and helping to weave voices together. We can support needed conversations that bridge where you are to where you want to be- ensuring change is not just aspirational, but actionable and benefitting all partners.

Wisdom Partnership:
Leadership coaching
Leadership is hard. Competing priorities, managing people, doing the work, visioning what’s next, trying to develop professionally while juggling a life outside of work. It ain’t easy.
Wisdom Partnership is an eight-session container for asking questions, grounding into our own wise knowing, and clearing out the psychic clutter to make space for what’s next and needed.
Participants can expect to feel connection, be listened to deeply, and walk away with a sense of personal power and clarity.
