Recovering Our Communities

Making the case for a systems approach

If you have heard the term "systems change," but aren't really sure what it means? We made a zine for that.

Are you working with a nonprofit, network, coalition, or group focused on solving big, complex social issues? Are you wanting to deepen your collaborative practices, focus in on how you are being with those in your group and not just focused on the doing?

Jess Limbird with Confluence Consulting has experience leading a statewide system-shifting network. In "Recovering Our Communities", the story of systems change, as a framework and a practice, is told through the story of sobriety/recovery.

In sharing the interconnection between these two processes, Jess highlights the power and purpose of a systems approach to solving our most intractable problems. Plus there are really pretty digital collages. So, that's nice.
