The Strategy Spiral
The Strategy Spiral holds patterns of coming together (convergence) and doing work independently or in smaller groups (divergence). The process, in general, can take anywhere between four and six weeks. Like all things Confluence, the Strategy Spiral is oriented toward whole person, whole ecosystem understanding and care.
